這首〈Sentimental〉出自1991年的
《All True Man》專輯，這是一張很男人味的專輯，印象所及，從第7首〈All True Man〉、〈Sentimental〉、〈What Is This Thing Called Love?〉 、〈The Morning After〉、〈Hang On〉、〈Shame〉一路挺進到第12首，首首都是觸動人心的緩慢作品（第1首至第6首是典型的O'Neal舞曲，是他賣錢的地方），編曲更是上乘，只可惜
排行榜成績不好，讓這張專輯埋沒在茫茫歌海之中。
若以單歌來說，〈Sentimental〉是最有氣氛的，我看過MV，Alexander O'Neal穿西裝在公園漫步，有鐘樓，有回憶，很冷調的畫面，很有意境，可惜現在找不到MV了。
舉個較為人熟知的專輯，Janet Jackson在1989年的那張超級專輯
《Rhythm Nation 1814》，和《All True Man》的專輯感覺是類似的，只不過《Rhythm Nation 1814》的情愛成分沒那麼多。《All True Man》是《Rhythm Nation 1814》的風花雪月版，《Rhythm Nation 1814》是《All True Man》的關懷社會版，很廣義、很廣義的可以這麼說。
