安心。心安。

懷念在高雄的某些時分。

那時候，一個人，在一間房間，開著電視、電腦，吃著或什麼都不作，無奈等待明天的到來，一種病態的感覺。

病態往往需要孤獨的陪伴。

離開高雄之後，生活變得無虞，陌生人變少，熟悉的事物變多，但我還沒把折磨自己的習慣改正，沒把自我壓迫的神經抽出。

生命不適應新環境。

我在高雄的自在在於，一個人可以決定一家的事，包括無奈一整夜；現在，好多求生的步驟幾乎省略，不知為何產生坐以待斃的無力感。

我需要怎樣的生活？

如何取得家庭與個人之間的平衡，可能會成為我的生命難題。他們都不太懂我的想法，一直都是。難以告訴他們並讓他們了解或諒解我之所以老是產生無力感的過程，以及連我自己也說不上來的原因。
