團員有兩位，Kowboy Kom是牙買加人，Alexei Tsybine Jendayi是俄羅斯人，因緣際會下，在美國華盛頓特區共同發展音樂事業。2009年年中推出的The Vodka and Rum Mixtape，很快的獲得熱烈迴響，也按照原訂計畫，於年底發表了第一張正式的專輯，Change for a Dollar。
雖然是EP模式，但這張專輯的歌曲在Alexei的曲式與Kom的聲音通力合作之下，再搭配活潑的老歌取樣，確實讓人感覺鏗鏘有力！各位可以先聽聽mixtape裡的Look For You，同樣收錄於EP的歌曲，這首歌比較接近Alexei個人的風格。
Alexei與同為華盛頓音樂人的好友Sol Edler交情匪淺，在Sol Edler的個人專輯Song of Solomon, Book 1裡有幾首作品與吉他的伴奏，很獨特的風格。

The full length debut album Set Free (Release Date: September 23, 2006) is both an artistic and contemporary achievement: musicians can appreciate the layering of genres to create a fresh sound and music fans can expect an album that they will listen to again and again. Each song opens with memorable hooks that “take no prisoners” with their excellence. The first single “Lovers Rock”, with its strong and edgy lyrics, has strong overtones of genres such as Motown and Blues and explores different sounds with its varied instrumentation. Joy's second independent solo release, ESM (Electric Soul Music, Release Date: TBA), the meaning of the acronym will soon be announced, is both soulful and deeply amazing. ESM is both an artistic and contemporary achievement: musicians can appreciate the layering of genres, from Reggae to Funk to Soul and Rock, to create a fresh sound. 開拓館是一個和洋混合式建築，原先是日治時期做廳長官邸用，後將之改建成澎湖開拓館，展示澎湖的歷史。
庭院的樹全都倒向一邊，足見澎湖冬天東北季風的強大。
