如飲水，冷自知，難言隱
世人待事都看表面，凡事皆以看似客觀標準的主觀普世價值來衡量。
這作法是明哲保身的，舉個例子，當你的朋友考上律師，你會對他說「律師很了不起」的話。你的朋友當然會接受，因為這是他從考律師到當上律師一路走來常常聽到的話，但這也是沒有任何建設性的話。
世人習慣說著「樣板話語」，說穿了只是不了解他人內心的表面工夫，不具真實價值判斷。
沒有另一個人明瞭某人目前生命處境究竟符合其理想，世人最多只能說出或做出附和他人外在表現的鏡面反射，卻不知藏在人皮之中的靈魂是否是因現實逼迫而做出追求那外在表現的行為。
因著別人目前身分地位進而說出「你現在的生活過得很好」的話，就落入不了解那人心路歷程的窠臼；這也是為什麼當我們聽到鄰人做出違反社會秩序行為後往往脫口而出「他平常很客氣，怎麼會殺人」的言語反應。
絕境有時會裹以光鮮（成功），但世人總愛追求光鮮（成功），以為光鮮（成功）皆為正向。不然你問問周遭的第一名，會不會對自己身分地位產生程度不一的負向思考。
「我根本沒過得如你所想的好。」身分地位造成說不出口的生活困擾，是一道隱藏心門的痼疾。

【勇氣】Sahra da Silva & the Jagged Soul
Sahra da Silva1984出生Copenhagen南方小鎮Birkerød，父親是葡萄牙裔（從她的姓氏可知）。父母離異後，她發現美國六零年代的音樂很有意思，加上自己愛唱歌且確實有這天分，後來和一班好友組成了Sahra da Silva & the Jagged Soul，2012年以同名專輯立下小小里程碑。
我們可以從Sahra da Silva的音樂中，隱約感受Janis Joplin的影子在裡面。這種白人靈魂樂總是夾帶「黑人草根」，但Sahra da Silva不若Janis Joplin搖滾放肆，她喜以緩慢方式娓娓道出每一首歌曲的個性。這就是黑人音樂內斂自省的一面，與白人搖滾的直截了當自然有所不同。
